  There  are various types of mold species and they multiply by spores, which  can only be seen with a microscope.  Areas that are soiled or damp on  the inside can be areas that attract mold spores from the outside, which  aides in the multiplication process.  Mold inhalation and ingestion can  potentially be a public health concern, causing allergic reactions to  areas such as ones eyes, lungs, throat, skin and nose.
