INFECTIOUS DISEASE

Close-up image of blue virus particles.

 Respiratory Multiplex & Singleplex Panels:

  •  SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A/B & RSV: A 4-in-1 multiplex test that detects and differentiates all four viruses from a single nasal or nasopharyngeal swab.
  •  SARS-CoV-2 & Influenza A/B: Detects and differentiates COVID-19 and Flu strains.
  • Influenza A/B & RSV: Combined panel for influenza and respiratory syncytial virus.
  • Influenza A/B: Independent rapid flu detection.

Bacterial Infections:

  • Strep A: Rapidly detects Group A Streptococcus nucleic acids from throat swabs.
  • Bordetella: Detects and differentiates three types of Bordetella infections, including whooping cough (Bordetella pertussis, B. parapertussis, and B. holmesii).

Gastrointestinal Infections:

  • C. diff: Qualitatively detects Clostridioides difficile toxin genes. [1, 2]

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs):

  • CT/NG & CT/NG/MG Panels: Rapid multiplex tests to identify Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), and Mycoplasma genitalium (MG) at the point of care.
  • HIV
